The best Bluetooth tracker for Android
There is no universal winner: phone brand, hardware and the crowd-finding network determine the useful choice.
For most Android brands
A Google Find Hub tracker is the safest starting point because it does not require a Samsung phone. Basic support begins at Android 9, subject to Google account and regional availability.
Pixel Tag, moto tag 2 and Chipolo ONE Point all use this network, but their precision and physical design differ substantially.
For compatible Galaxy phones
SmartTag2 can be strong inside Samsung's ecosystem. It adds a built-in loop, up to 500 days of claimed battery and UWB Compass View on supported Galaxy hardware.
It will not normally pair with other Android brands, so it should be excluded before comparing specifications for a Pixel, OnePlus or Xiaomi owner.

Pixel Tag and moto tag 2 both list UWB and Channel Sounding. UWB requires Android 12 and verified hardware; Channel Sounding requires Android 16 and specifically supported Bluetooth 6 hardware.

For ecosystem switchers
